What does a cabinet job look like in Vaughan? It depends which Vaughan you mean.

Woodbridge and Islington Woods. Woodbridge mixes older homes with larger rebuilt ones. A kitchen rework here often means a bigger island, a pantry wall or both. Those are long runs, and long runs only work when the measurements are right. If the house is still being reworked, we measure once the walls are in place.

Kleinburg. The village core and the streets around it combine older houses with larger newer ones on generous lots. Rooms can be big, ceilings can be high, and the kitchen often opens to the rest of the house. Tall ceilings are one more measurement we take. We sketch the whole run before anything is built.

Maple, Vellore Village, Sonoma Heights, Patterson, Thornhill Woods and Concord. These are suburban neighbourhoods built up over recent decades, with detached homes, semis and townhomes. Many have open kitchens next to a family room. Owners often replace the original cabinets, add an island or build a pantry into a corner that was wasted space.
