How measurement, delivery and install work
The steps are the same in every city. We measure your room for free. We sketch the layout and price it at our published rates. After you confirm the order, we cut and assemble your cabinets in our Scarborough shop, typically in 4 to 8 weeks depending on the project. Then our own team brings them to your home and installs them.
As of October 2026, thermofoil kitchens are $350 per linear foot installed and painted kitchens are $500, with quartz countertop, handles and sink included. Electrical, plumbing, demolition and construction are not included. Your quote follows the measurement.

Is the measurement really free?
Yes, for homeowners. We measure your room, sketch the layout and price it at our published rates. There is no obligation to order. Contractors can skip the visit and get a same-day quote on WhatsApp by sending plans and measurements.
Do I need to visit a showroom first?
No. You can start with a free measurement at home. If you want to see finishes, visit our factory showroom at 50 Thornmount Dr, Unit 24, Scarborough, or the display kitchen inside CTS Building Supplies at 733 Progress Ave.
How long does a project take?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the project. That covers building your cabinets in our shop. Book your electrician and plumber around the install date once it is set.
Are you a retailer or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer. Your cabinets are cut and assembled to order in our own Scarborough shop, and our own team installs them. There is no online checkout, so every order starts with a conversation or a quote request.
